Goodbye Mealtime Struggles in partnership with Alberta Health Services:

  • Are you having difficulty feeding your children at mealtimes? This workshop will provide you with ideas to help your child’s eating.
  • Facilitated by an Occupational Therapist and Dietitian.

Goodbye Bedtime Battles In partnership with Alberta Health Services:

  • For families who are having difficulty getting their children to bed. This workshop will provide you with strategies to help your children to sleep.

Infant Massage:

  • Learn about the benefits of infant massage! New techniques that will soothe your baby’s indigestion, colic, teething pain etc.  For infants birth to 6 months and their caregivers.
  • We will also go through safe and fun stretching exercises to help promote your baby’s joint strength. For infants birth to 6 months and their caregivers.
  • Newborn to 6 months
  • Please Note: This program cannot accommodate older siblings.    Dads Welcome                            
  • Facilitated by a massage therapist. Only you will be massaging your baby.
